Join us for formal Diversity Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”) training provided by Jackie Cranford of Cranford
Advisory Services. This Foundational DEI Training will cover the following topics:
- promoting an understanding of commonly used DEI terms;
- understanding implicit bias and its impact; and
- encouraging effective communications, including listening skills, dealing with discomfort, and enhancing skills to engage in constructive conversations.
