Merrill M. Mason makes presentation to Students at North Carolina Central University

On Tuesday, November 18, 2008, Merrill Mason, Smith Anderson partner, made a presentation to undergraduate business students at NCCU. The presentation was focused on common business and legal issues involved in launching a new company. Mr. Mason practices in Smith Anderson’s Corporate practice group, where he represents the interests of diverse clients through the growth cycle, from emerging to mature.
