Smith Anderson Hosts Triangle Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel Meeting

Smith Anderson hosted the April 2009 meeting of the Triangle chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, which was held at the Cardinal Club. The firm presented a one-hour CLE for the group, entitled "Hot Securities Trends for Public and Private Companies in 2009." Margaret Rosenfeld presented on "Executive Compensation Trends and Practices" and "ISS / RiskMetrics 2009." Alan Parry presented on "An Overview of D&O Liability Insurance Coverage."
