Mark Ash Elected to the Children's Flight of Hope Board of Directors

Smith Anderson partner, Mark Ash, recently was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Children's Flight of Hope. His term expires at the end of 2007.

A non-profit organization, Children's Flight of Hope provides free air transportation to and from medical facilities for critically ill or injured children as well as their families or guardians in need of financial assistance.

Mr. Ash practices in commercial litigation with significant experience in complex litigation matters, including multi-party cases, multi-district litigation, administrative agency disputes, temporary restraining orders, and preliminary injunctions. A licensed pilot for more than 30 years with commercial, instrument and multiengine ratings, Mr. Ash has litigated a wide variety of aviation cases, including both major airline and general aviation accident matters.
