John D. Madden Reappointed to the Clara Barton Society Cabinet of the Triangle Chapter of the American Red Cross

Smith Anderson partner, John Madden, recently was reappointed to serve as a member of the Clara Barton Society Cabinet of the Triangle Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Madden will serve through the end of 2007.

A fundraising and leadership organization, the Clara Barton Society helps educate the community about services and benefits provided by the American Red Cross as well as solicit financial support to help the Red Cross achieve its philanthropic objectives. A litigator for over 20 years, Mr. Madden has broad trial experience and has represented diverse clients including physicians, hospitals, automobile manufacturers and insurance carriers. He regularly represents local companies in commercial and contracts disputes.
