Susan Milner Parrott Reappointed to the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education

Smith Anderson partner Susan M. Parrott was reappointed for a second three-year term to the North Carolina State Bar Board for Continuing Legal Education. Seven lawyers from across the State are selected to participate on the Board.

The Board advises the State Bar on Continuing Legal Education criteria and credentialing to ensure the highest possible standards for Continuing Legal Education courses and accreditation.

Ms. Parrott practices in the areas of Employment and Appellate Advocacy. In her representation of management, she advises clients on diverse matters including compliance with state and federal employment-related laws; development, interpretation and enforcement of employment agreements; non-competition and non-disclosure agreements; employee handbooks; workplace policies; wage and hour compliance; and audit and complaint investigations.
