Martin Brinkley and Kim Korando Facilitate CLE Sessions at Carolina Law's 16th Annual Festival of Legal Learning

Smith Anderson partners Kimberly J. Korando and Martin H. Brinkley were selected to facilitate courses during the University of North Carolina School of Law's 16th Annual 2006 Festival of Legal Learning.

Ms. Korando, an Employment lawyer, facilitated the session Employment Litigation: Current Issues and Trends. Mr. Brinkley, a corporate and commercial lawyer, facilitated the session No Litigation Opinions: Lessons for Transactional Lawyers. Mr. Brinkley received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina.

Carolina Law established the Festival of Legal Learning to provide a convenient way for lawyers to satisfy their CLE requirements. Each year, the Festival offers over 86 hours of diverse programming over a 2-day period. Facilitators are selected based on their expertise in specific subject areas.
