Christopher G. Smith Appointed Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Section of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys

Christopher G. Smith, a partner with Smith Anderson, has been appointed Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Section of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA). The NCADA is the State's largest association of civil defense attorneys and exists to promote the exchange of information, ideas, and litigation techniques, and to enhance the practice and improve the skills of civil defense lawyers practicing in North Carolina.

Mr. Smith is a trial and appellate lawyer for Smith Anderson. He also advises clients on business risk management and strategy issues.
