Hubbard to Speak on HIPAA Security

Michael W. Hubbard, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, LLP, is scheduled to speak on "Legal Ramifications of HIPAA Security in Small Practices" at the North Carolina Health Information & Communications Alliance, Inc. one-day workshop titled "Security: Managing Processes, Policies, Procedures and People."

The workshop will be held on June 13, 2005, at The William F. Andrews Center for Medical Education on the Wake Med campus in Raleigh.
