Peter Marino Authors Article About North Carolina's Lien Law

Peter J. Marino, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P., recently authored an article entitled, "The Contractor's Sledge Hammer: The Sale of the Owner's Property (or Threat Thereof) Under North Carolina's Lien Law."
