McNeill Quoted in North Carolina Magazine
Caryn McNeill, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P., was recently quoted in two articles in the August issue of North Carolina magazine. The articles focus on employee benefits, including 401(k) plans and tuition reimbursement plans.
McNeill heads the firm's Employee Benefits and Compensation Group. She regularly counsels employers with respect to the federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to retirement, welfare and equity compensation plans. A graduate of Davidson College, she earned her law degree at Duke University.
