Smith Anderson Congratulates Kirk Warner on Promotion to Colonel

Smith Anderson would like to congratulate Kirk Warner, a partner with our Firm, on his selection for promotion to full bull Colonel (O-6) in the U.S. Army Reserve. The Army Colonel Promotion Board has selected Warner for this promotion. Accordingly, President Bush has nominated Warner to the United States Senate for approval of the promotion.

Warner served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, Combined Joint Task Force -7 (Coalition Provisional Authority) in Operation Iraqi Freedom in Kuwait and Iraq and is currently the Senior Judge Advocate and Deputy Commander of the 12th Legal Support Organization at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina.
