Hinkle to Speak at the HIPAA, Cafeteria Plans and COBRA Seminar in November

Jamison H. Hinkle, an attorney with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, LLP, will speak on HIPAA Portability rules for group health plans at a seminar in Raleigh on November 18, 2004. He will discuss the limitations on preexisting conditions, special enrollment periods, creditable coverage offsets, and certificates of coverage.
