Pro Football, Inc., the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s recent, highly publicized decision concerning Pro Football, Inc.’s federal trademark registrations for “Redskins.” The decision does not require the Washington Redskins football team to change its name, but it does cancel the federal registrations of the “Redskins” mark.
