Matt Martin Elected as Chair of the Wake County Planning Board

RALEIGH, N.C. – Smith Anderson lawyer Matt Martin was recently elected to Chair of the Wake County Planning Board. The Board advises the Wake County Board of Commissioners on land use, planning, zoning, and related matters to ensure that planning and development in the County will occur in a coordinated and harmonious manner consistent with the County's development ordinances. Prior to serving as the Chair of the Board, Mr. Martin was Chair of the Code and Operations Committee.
