Kim Korando Presents Employment Litigation in the Fourth Circuit: Current Issues and Trends

RALEIGH, N.C. – In a presentation to the University of North Carolina School of Law Festival of Legal Learning, Kim Korando addressed the most significant labor and employment decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
