Merrill Mason Participates in a Panel Discussion at the Council for Entrepreneurial Development’s FastTrac Program

RALEIGH, N.C. – Merrill Mason participated in a panel discussion during the Council for Entrepreneurial Development’s (CED) FastTrac “Investor Mindset and Deal Structure” session on November 8 in Durham, N.C. Mr. Mason, who represents a wide range of start-up ventures, outlined potential deal structures and spoke about term sheets, debt financing and negotiating.
