Mike Gordon to Speak at the North Carolina Society of Health Care Attorneys 2010 Annual Conference

Raleigh (August 12, 2010) – Mike Gordon, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Health Care and Contract Disputes & Commercial Litigation practice areas, is speaking at the 2010 Annual Meeting and Conference of the North Carolina Society of Health Care Attorneys. The Conference’s theme is “Riding the Wave of Health Care Reform.” The Conference will be held Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Rizzo Conference Center in Chapel Hill.

For a session of the Conference, Mr. Gordon will join a panel of state and federal prosecutors and private practice lawyers to discuss “Strong Currents – Health Care Fraud & Abuse Enforcement in a Climate of Reform.”
