K. Maeve Goff Director of Association Management Maeve Goff is the Director of Association Management at Smith Anderson. In that capacity, she serves as Executive Director for a medical specialty society and a travel industry coalition and helps with management tasks, including compliance with the North Carolina Secretary of State, the North Carolina Board of Elections, and other governing authorities. Her experience includes grassroots advocacy, fundraising, political strategy, legislative affairs, membership recruitment, communications, and event planning.
Prior to joining the Firm, Maeve served as the Member Support Manager for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). She covered five states during her tenure at NFIB handling a wide-variety of political and legislative issues. Maeve’s background also includes working as the Chief Legislative Aide for the former North Carolina House Minority Leader, Joe L. Kiser.
Maeve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and minors in Politics and International Studies from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
