Ms. Ries has practiced with Smith Anderson since 2003. Ms. Ries focuses her practice on business-related disputes including shareholder disputes, breach of contract and tortious interference with contract cases; franchise disputes, including automobile dealership disputes; insurance coverage cases; copyright, trademark, and patent infringement cases; and fraud and negligent misrepresentation cases.
