Trade Regulation Litigation:
Smith Anderson
has represented companies in antitrust actions filed in North Carolina and
throughout the Southeast. The firm also has represented private parties in
major litigation affecting North Carolina antitrust and unfair trade practice
statutes.
Legislative Advocacy:
Smith Anderson's antitrust
group monitors and analyzes legislation and regulations for the firm's clients,
and participates in government meetings and hearings.
