Ian Longacre joined Smith Anderson’s Life Sciences and Technology practices in 2017. He represents agtech, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other technology companies in a broad range of intellectual property, commercial and general corporate matters.
His experience includes assisting companies in the acquisition, management, licensing and commercialization of intellectual property; partnering transactions; commercial and research and development relationships; and IP support for M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Smith Anderson, Ian was an associate in the Boston office of Goodwin Proctor LLP.
