Overview

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lorie provides leadership across various departments and ensures the achievement of the firm’s strategic goals and objectives. She coordinates the ongoing development of the firm’s strategic technology initiatives, the role technology plays in the delivery of legal services, the compliance of certain security regulations and the organization and management of its infrastructure. 

Lorie has been with Smith Anderson for more than 20 years, also serving as the firm’s Director of Operations and Technology Director. Additionally, she is a longtime member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s technology committee and worked in the technology field at other major law firms.
