Grace Collins joined Smith Anderson in September 2007 and concentrates in the practice areas of general business, corporate and securities law. She has over fifteen years of legal experience and, in that time, has worked almost exclusively with start-up companies in the Triangle area. Grace assists attorneys with incorporations, preferred stock and debt financings, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate governance. She has worked with several clients from incorporation to initial public offering.
Grace earned the designation of North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP) in February 2006.
