Raleigh, NC (December 1, 2009) - Margaret Rosenfeld, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Securities & Corporate Growth and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups, has been elected President-Elect of the Association for Corporate Growth-Raleigh Durham by its board. Her term began in October 2009 and extends though July 2011. In August 2011, Rosenfeld will start her term as President. Prior to becoming President-Elect, Rosenfeld served on the organization’s board of directors.
