Santo Costa Appointed to Digilab, Inc. Board of Directors

Raleigh, NC (April 29, 2010) – Santo (Sandy) Costa, Of Counsel with Smith Anderson law firm, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Digilab, Inc. Digilab, whose worldwide headquarters is located in Holliston, MA, has a 40 year history of technology and applications market leadership in spectrometry, photonics and products for the health sciences markets.

Costa is the former Vice Chairman, President and COO of Quintiles Transnational Corp. Prior to joining Quintiles, he was Senior Vice President, Administration and General Counsel of Glaxo Inc., where he sat on the Board of Directors.
