Alan Parry Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Subcommittee

Raleigh, NC (November 9, 2009)– Alan Parry, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed to co-chair the Bad Faith Subcommittee of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee, which is part of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Mr. Parry’s two-year term as co-chair of the subcommittee will last until August 2011. The committee’s purpose is to provide educational and networking opportunities to members of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.
