Raleigh, NC (November 16, 2009) – Margaret Rosenfeld, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Securities & Growth Practice and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups, presented a program to UNC Kenan-Flagler’s MBA students on the topic of Insider Trading and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) Governance. The lecture included information about how the SEC governs public companies, the purpose behind the SEC and details of actual cases on insider trading.
