John Madden, Smith Anderson Partner, to Present Check at the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Labor Day Telethon

Raleigh, NC (September 3, 2009) – John Madden, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Medical Malpractice and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, will present a check on behalf of the Firm during the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Labor Day Telethon on Monday, September 7.

The check represents Smith Anderson’s commitment to being a Bronze Sponsor for the MDA 2009 Imagine Gala, an annual fundraiser held at Prestonwood Country Club on March 7, 2009.
