Kim Korando, a Smith Anderson partner, addressed the most significant legal employer decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit during the past year. Her focus was teaching points and lessons learned for practitioners and their next summary judgment motion. Her presentation was part of the UNC School of Law Festival of Legal Learning, a day CLE conference that attracts more than 700 North Carolina attorneys.
