Chris Smith Authors Article in The Defender

Chris Smith, a partner with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P., published an article entitled, "Claims for Lost Profits in Commercial Contract Disputes." The article appears in the Winter issue of The Defender, the magazine of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Smith is a trial and appellate lawyer for Smith Anderson. He both prosecutes and defends cases, and advises clients on business risk management and strategy issues.
