Raleigh, NC (September 30) - Steve Parascandola, a partner in Smith Anderson’s Environmental, Health and Safety practice group, spoke at the 3rd Annual Environmental Management Summit sponsored by the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, September 29 in Durham, NC. The topic of his presentation was OSHA 2011 and Beyond: Back in the Enforcement Business.

Mr. Parascandola’s practice involves many substantive areas of environmental, OSHA and land use law, including compliance counseling, permitting and enforcement defense relating to the State and Federal CERCLA, RCRA and UST programs. His practice also includes site remediation and redevelopment, Brownfields, water quality, landfills, storm water, and wetlands issues, as well as OSHA regulation and enforcement.
