SNN “A Wall Street View” Talks Blockchain Technology with Partner Margaret Rosenfeld

Emerging growth capital and microcap investment market top publisher, Stock News Now, hosted the event and interviewed Smith Anderson Partner Margaret Rosenfeld on the much talked about topic of Blockchain Technology.

In SNN’sA Wall Street View” interview, Margaret discusses the world of Blockchain and how the technology will soon integrate with all types of companies. She dispels myths associated with blockchain technology, not only from her legal standpoint, but that of an industry insider. Margaret also moderated two panel discussions at the Planet MicroCap Showcase entitled “Disruptive Financing - Regulatory and Legal Issues to Consider for ICOs and Token Sales” and “Cryptocurrency and Public Companies: A Deep Dive Into This New Asset Class.”

Margaret’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law both within the United States and globally. She leads Smith Anderson’s Blockchain Technology Law and International Law practices and has over 20 years of corporate and securities law experience. Her extensive experience with compliance and regulatory matters lends to the structuring of initial coin offerings and token generation events for companies as well as representation of purchasers in the crypto space. Margaret also has significant experience with public company reporting, corporate governance, public offerings and private placements of securities for issuers and investment funds, corporate investigations (internal and government), mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property protection and licensing, as well as general corporate representation.
