Recognized Nationally for Best-in-Class Client Service, Smith Anderson is Named to the BTI Client Service A-Team

Managing Partner Gerald Roach announced today that Smith Anderson has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2017, an elite list of client service leaders based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel.

According to BTI Consulting Group, a leading independent business research firm, the Client Service A-Team is limited solely to law firms considered by clients to deliver the absolute best levels of client service. BTI has published its ranking of client service excellence for the last 16 years to reflect how law firms stack up in client service delivery.

This year’s rankings are the result of over 330 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. Survey respondents rated law firms in 17 activities that drive exceptional, long-lasting client relationships and identified those that are reinventing how legal services are delivered.
