Partner Susan Milner Parrott has been monitoring the Department of Labor’s (DOL) activities in regards to the issuance of new overtime regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Following the DOL’s published rule, Susan wrote an article titled “Final Overtime Regulations Issued by DOL” explaining the new regulations and their implications for employers.
