Raleigh, N.C. – Smith Anderson, the largest law firm headquartered in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region, announced that attorney Rebecca A. Brophy has been named a partner in the firm.
Rebecca focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, venture capital financings, and strategic collaborations. She regularly advises a variety of companies, ranging from early-stage venture-backed companies to mature public companies, on general corporate and governance matters.
Rebecca is recognized as a Rising Star in North Carolina Super Lawyers. She completed the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh program and serves on Smith Anderson’s Diversity Committee.
