Smith Anderson Ranked Nationally as a Top 100 Firm for Client Service: Named to BTI Client Service A-Team

BTI Consulting Group, a leading independent business research firm, has ranked Smith Anderson as one of the nation's Top 100 law firms for client service excellence, a distinction that merits inclusion in the BTI Client Service A-Team for 2016

According to BTI, firms named to the list deliver “better client service than nearly 90 percent of the law firms serving the world’s largest clients.” This is the 15th year that BTI has published the definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market.

The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The rankings of more than 300 law firms recognized for 2016 are the end result of more than 315 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. Survey respondents rated law firms in 17 activities that drive client relationships.
