Raleigh-area business leaders attended the event to hear Mr. Costa discuss how establishing a culture that recognizes people as its greatest asset can help companies achieve success and, in turn, cultivate leaders who inspire trust, encourage truth and foster a sense of individual self-worth and respect in all their coworkers.
