Smith Anderson Partners with Legal Organizations to Celebrate Diversity in the Profession

Raleigh, N.C. – On June 10, 2015, Smith Anderson co-sponsored a diversity networking mixer designed to foster connections among minority attorneys in North Carolina and support diversity in the profession. The 2nd annual “Summer Networking Mixer” was organized by the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA’s) Minorities in the Profession (MIP) Committee, the Capital City Lawyers Association and the George H. White Bar Association. The event was attended by 90 attorneys, including Smith Anderson attorney Sharita Whitaker, who is the incoming Chair of the MIP Committee.
