About Mike Saber
Mike is a partner at Smith Anderson who primarily helps private companies in a variety of corporate activities, such as financings, mergers, acquisitions and licensing. He leads several client relationships at Smith Anderson as outside general counsel and frequently leads deal teams in key strategic transactions. Before joining Smith Anderson in 1996, Mike worked in Philadelphia at the Blank Rome law firm.
