Bill Nelson Presents on Key Issues for Manufacturing at the N.C. Chamber’s Annual Tax Conference

Raleigh, N.C. – Smith Anderson Partner Bill Nelson gave a presentation on “Key Issues for Manufacturing - Single Sales Factor and Franchise Tax Reform" at the North Carolina Chamber's Annual Tax Conference in Charlotte on November 13, 2014. The presentation discussed policy issues raised by single sales factor apportionment and issues the General Assembly would have to consider in crafting single sales factor legislation.
