David Hayden Speaks at the National Contract Management Association RTP Chapter Conference

Raleigh, N.C. – On May 15, 2014, Smith Anderson lawyer David Hayden spoke at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) RTP Chapter Conference on “Business Conduct and Ethics in Government Contracting.” His presentation addressed a number of topics, including basic requirements and recent developments under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other legal authorities; whistleblowers and the False Claims Act; organizational conflicts of interest; key elements of a corporate ethics program; and other related topics.
