John Madden Speaks with Superior Court Judges on Fundamentals of Medical Malpractice

Raleigh, N.C. – On March 27, 2014, Smith Anderson Partner John Madden served as a panelist on “Discovery, Expert Witness and Damages Issues: Insights from the Bar” as part of the Medical Malpractice Fundamentals course at the University of North Carolina School of Government in Chapel Hill, N.C. 

This course was offered to superior court judges by the North Carolina Judicial College of the University of North Carolina School of Government. Judges spent the day at the School of Government discussing some of the issues that set medical negligence cases apart from other civil matters.
