Wayne Maiorano Begins First Term as Raleigh City Councilman for District A

Raleigh, N.C. – On December 2, 2013, Wayne Maiorano, a partner at Smith Anderson, was officially sworn-in as Raleigh City Councilman for District A. This will be Wayne’s first term as a member of the Raleigh City Council. 

About Wayne Maiorano

In his practice, Wayne advises clients on all aspects of the public and private construction process on commercial and residential projects, including contracting; project management and closeout; payment disputes; surety bond claims; insurance claims and coverage issues; and design and construction defect claims.
