David Hayden Moderates Round Table with Congresswoman Ellmers and the North Carolina Defense Business Association
Raleigh, N.C. – On November 7, 2013, David Hayden, a lawyer in Smith Anderson’s Government Contracts practice, moderated a discussion between Congresswoman Renee Ellmers, representing the Second District in North Carolina, and 15 members of the North Carolina Defense Business Association (NCDBA). As the Legislative Committee Chair for the Board of Directors of NCDBA, David led a discussion on the effects of sequestration and the recent federal government shutdown. In addition, the group considered strategies for directing more government contracting projects to North Carolina companies.
David has extensive experience in government contracting, general corporate and employment law.
