Gerald Roach named one of Triangle Business Journal’s ‘50 to Watch in Business’

Raleigh, N.C.Gerald Roach, a partner at Smith Anderson and head of the Firm’s Corporate group, was recently named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s “50 to Watch in Business.” The publication cites him as one of the Research Triangle’s leading Initial Public Offering (IPO) attorneys, referencing his involvement in the recent Quintiles IPO as a notable example of his influence on business.
