Kim Korando Serves as Panelist on ADA Reasonable Accommodation at Annual Public Employment Conference
RALEIGH, N.C. – Kim Korando joined U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) officials, as well as leaders in human resources, both locally and statewide, for an interactive discussion during the annual Public Employment Law Update. The panel discussed the employer’s obligation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
