Sandy Costa Speaks at the Business and Professional Women Organization’s Young Careerist Competition

RALEIGH, N.C. – On March 26, 2013, Smith Anderson attorney Sandy Costa served as the guest speaker at the Young Careerist Competition hosted by the Business and Professional Women (BPW) organization of Raleigh, N.C. Sandy shared his philosophy on humanity at work and the attributes of great leaders, important lessons he learned from more than 30 years in executive and senior operating management positions within the pharmaceutical, health care and life sciences industries.

 The Young Careerist Competition is BPW’s signature program that provides young professionals the opportunity to be rewarded for career achievements. Many candidates use participation in this event as a self-inspiring process, allowing them to step back and look at ways they are affecting others through their career and volunteer work.
