Geoff Krouse Participates in Association for Corporate Growth’s Second Annual Capital Ideas Summit
Raleigh, NC (October 4, 2010) - Geoff Krouse, a partner at Smith Anderson, recently participated in the 2nd Annual Capital Ideas Summit hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Research Triangle Park on September 22, 2010. The event, which was hosted by the Raleigh Durham Chapter of ACG, was attended by more than 100 local and regional executives, investment bankers, private equity players, and other professionals. The program provided an update on the state of the capital markets, M&A activity, and capital raising. Mr. Krouse led the planning process for the event and hosted the morning long session which included a keynote speaker followed by two panels of local, regional, and national deal-making professionals.
Mr. Krouse’s practice areas include Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and recapitalization transactions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
